This page explains the information collected through the PowerLinkIT website and its enquiry form.

Information in an enquiry

The form asks for your name, email, project location and project details. You can optionally provide a phone number, company, property type, timing and a photo or drawing. This information is used to respond to your request, discuss the installation and prepare a quote.

Form processing

Enquiries are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to info@powerlinkit.ca. If you attach a file, it is included in that submission. FormSubmit is an external form-processing provider; its own terms and privacy information apply to its processing. You can also contact PowerLinkIT by phone or email directly.

What to send

Please provide information relevant to the installation. Avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form or attachments. An enquiry attachment is not published in the website’s project gallery.

Website technology and external links

The site loads its images, styles and scripts from its own hosting. It does not add advertising or analytics tracking scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate the website. Links to Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and FormSubmit lead to services with their own privacy practices.
