GOOD TO KNOW

Your Questions, Answered.

Can you install equipment I already own?

We can review your existing cameras and recorder. Please include the model numbers, quantities and photos so we can assess compatibility and installation requirements.

Can I view cameras on my phone?

Many systems support remote viewing. This depends on the equipment, internet connection and configuration; we will confirm the available options for your setup.

How long will recordings be stored?

Retention depends on storage capacity, camera count, resolution, bitrate and recording settings. Share your target retention period so it can be considered when choosing equipment.

Can you add cameras to an existing system?

Often, yes. We first need to check recorder capacity, camera compatibility, available network connections and storage.
